What Airlines are charging the extra fee right now for an extra bag?

I know some airlines have started to charge a $25 fee BOTH ways for passengers traveling with more then 1 check in bag....I think that is a bit much but anyway does that apply to all airlines? What are the start dates for all the other airlines not doing it yet...Mainly i am wondering about AA, Cont, Delta, Air Tran, and the ajor ones....Also does this $25 fee apply when the extra bag is like Golf Clubs or something like that...

I have heard now that American is charging for the second bag.

I don't know about the other airlines...I would call and check with them before arranging flight information. I am sure their customer service can answer that for you.
